How Do I Know If I’m Pregnant?

Pregnancy symptoms differ for every woman and from pregnancy to pregnancy; some women might experience no symptoms at all.  However, the most common sign of pregnancy is a missed period.

Other common symptoms include:

  • Fatigue
  • Nausea (with or without vomiting)
  • Tender/swollen breasts
  • Aversion to certain foods
  • Increased urination

Less frequent symptoms:

  • Mood swings
  • Light cramping
  • Light spotting

If you are unsure if you are pregnant, our team will provide an on-site test for you at no cost.

Is Parenting is Right for Me?

Ask yourself these good questions...

  • What kind of support system do I have?
  • What does my partner think about parenting?
  • What do my parents think about parenting?
  • What do I think about parenting?
  • Can I continue with my job?
  • Can I continue with my education (this may take finding out)?
  • Is there financial support available at my job? At my school?
  • What additional financial support will I need?

We can help you find answers to these challenges and discuss any additional concerns you may have.  We can also provide referrals to local agencies to help with housing, medical expenses and counseling.
