San Antonio Pregnancy Care Center is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization serving the San Antonio community since 1981. We provide compassionate care to women and men facing an unplanned pregnancy through a variety of free services: options consultations, pregnancy tests, limited sonograms and STI testing. We educate you about all of your options and respect your ability to make an informed decision about your pregnancy.
We provide our services without discrimination to people of any age, race, income, nationality, religious affiliation, disability or other arbitrary circumstance. We are a non-profit organization; all our services are provided at no cost. We do not provide or refer for abortion services.
